I just wanted to say thanks for making Source Search. I work on a project that has logic in C++, lua, html/javascript, xml, and a "visual scripting language" and Source Search has been incredibly beneficial in helping me figure out how everything connects together.

Just thought I would share that Entrian has become a verb in our development group. Just like you "Google" info on the web, we now "Entrian" our code instead of searching it.

I find Entrian really useful. It beats the built-in search for me because that's only fast for types and methods, and as a tester I'm usually more interested in bits of text such as error messages.

Also, our products are complex enough that not everything lives in C#, there's XML, powershell scripts, WiX config, custom build actions in the .csproj files... only a full-text search engine will do what I want.

I have been a happy Entrian Source-Search user since its beta releases and this tool has saved me tons of time in my daily coding routine.  Most of the time I am working with a very large code base (>150 projects).  Waiting for the standard Ctrl+Shift+F to pass through hundreds of thousands of LOCs has always been a major annoyance.  With Entrian Source-Search my searches are not only instant, but also the word that I am typing-in is auto-suggested, which is handy.  The highlighting of the search results is very helpful, too.

I have also set up Entrian Source-Search to index our latest DB scripts so I instantly can see the stored procedure definition I need.

The customer service has been outstanding so far.  My e-mails got answered right away and my feature requests turned soon into features.  Thanks for the great tool, Richie.
